AI for real estate
Captverse is an AI business OS developed by Aarohii AI Solution Private Limited. Real estate teams use it for CRM-style work, inventory, and AI agents. Real estate is not the only industry Captverse serves.
What real-estate teams actually run on it
The work that stalls in this sector is operational rather than exotic: leads arriving from several portals into different inboxes, stock whose availability depends on who last spoke to the owner, payment milestones tracked in a spreadsheet, and follow-up that depends on one person remembering. Captverse holds leads, inventory, payments, and agent workflows on one record so those hand-offs stop being reconstructed.
The AI part is deliberately unglamorous — drafting and routing follow-ups, summarising a lead's history before a call, keeping notes attached to the right unit. Useful, checkable, and reversible.
Where we are the wrong vendor
If you only need a property marketplace brochure site, we are the wrong vendor. If you need an operating system for leads, stock, payments, and agents, open captverse.com or read the Captverse overview.
Custom AI on some other real-estate stack is a generative AI conversation, not a Captverse licence by default — and we will tell you which one your problem is on the first call.
What to decide before software
- Who owns a lead when it arrives from two portals at once.
- What makes a unit genuinely available, and who is allowed to change that.
- Which payment milestones must be recorded before a booking counts.
- What a handover to another agent must include.
These are process decisions. A tool configured around undecided rules moves the argument into a new interface rather than settling it.
Questions
Is Captverse built specifically for real estate?
No. It is an AI business OS that real-estate teams use for CRM-style work, inventory, payments, and agents. Other industries use the same product.
Can it replace our portal lead handling?
It can hold and route the leads once they arrive. Whether it replaces a portal integration depends on the portal, and that is a fit-call question.
We already have a CRM. Is this a rip-and-replace?
Not necessarily. If the CRM works and the gap is inventory or payments, say so on the call — we would rather scope the gap than sell the whole product.
If the problem maps to work we actually ship, we will say so in 20 minutes.
